After 10-year development of our core technology, the group commenced commercial activities during 2021, establishing three clusters of activities:
We serve various clients across multiple geographies in their search for underground resources, notably fresh water, precious metals (such as gold, diamonds) and critical materials (such as copper, lithium, and iron), with an increasingly growing portfolio of projects and clients.
The group is building its own portfolio of promising reserve and resource assets across multiple geographies, focusing on store-of-value resources such as gold and copper.
The portfolio includes already lucrative reserve and resource assets in Australia and the Balkan.
The target assets are identified by applying the group’s unique core technology on target areas that are selected, based on dynamic and systematic investigation.
The group intends to continue developing its own assets portfolio in Australia and the Balkan as well as in other important geographies such as Latin America, Canada and Africa.
The portfolio of own assets constitutes a value-creation driver and funds-generation engine for the group.
Under this cluster of activities, the group has been developing business units (SPV’s), that focus on addressing major challenges in the energy, critical materials, Water and Decarbonization domains.
